Job Description:
Admin. Assistant is needed to assist the President of company.
We are in the Manufacturing and Packaging Industry. Seeking qualified
candidate with QUICKBOOKS EXPERTISE.
Job will include the processing of orders, creation of PO, and the
confirmation back to the customers. Assist in the tracking of
inventory at 2 locations in Florida. Work with Logistics Department in the
release of orders. Obtain copies of Bills of Lading from Vendors and
Warehouses when product ships. General customer service issues and telephone
skills. Candidate should be familiar with Outlook. Looking for Self Starter
who will learn and go on their own. This is a ground floor opportunity with
unlimited possibilities for growth. Action Corrugated-Specialty Converting,
