Enterprise Applications Manager (The Boston Consulting Group, Inc. - Miami, Florida): Manage large-scale enterprise digital/IT projects, solve client issues through the design and development of digital/IT concepts and architecture solutions. Specific duties include: restructure business and IT processes and organization through digital transformation programs; support IT functions during mergers and acquisitions, including the functional and technical transformation of an organizations IT department; analyze and evaluate an organizations IT and data architecture to provide technical recommendation; develop implementation roadmaps and current state assessments; design and implement digital and data platform solutions for enterprise technology strategy; define global and local deployment strategy and develop infrastructure approach and high-level design of cloud solutions; and optimize depth of value added in digital transformation programs, restructuring core data and architecture governance processes, and recommending enterprise software and platforms for client use cases. Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, Mathematics or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience in IT consulting, professional development, or IT project management with a focus on digital transformation, data analytics solutions or enterprise applications. Specific skills/other requirements - Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): designing and implementing core systems and platform solutions across functional domains including integration and infrastructure; planning and managing complex projects in two or more end-to-end digital transformation programs, in a large-scale Agile setting; restructuring and developing strategic designs of business processes, governance and operating models for the technology organizations of large enterprises; designing and developing data analytics solutions (e.g. SQL Server, Tableau) to enable data-driven business insights (e.g., data visualization) and other analytics use cases; analyzing, evaluating, and redesigning IT architectures with modern design methodologies and technologies, including Microservices and SOA; overseeing multiple software strategy and implementation projects where scope spans across enterprise functions, such as risk management and supply chain management; defining and establishing data governance capability for client organizations, including organizational change management, data policies definition, operating model design, and compliance requirements definition (e.g., HIPAA compliance for PHI data); full stack software engineering/development experience working with front end technologies and server-side tools; and cybersecurity experience in Identity Access Management (IAM), networking infrastructure, and working with common risk and control frameworks.
