Immediate need for a Part Time Bookkeeper with QuickBooks or Yardi!

PrideStaff has 2 Part-time Bookkeeper openings with our clients on a Permanent basis.

Position #1:

West Palm Beach Financial Service and Tax Service is seeking a Part-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team! 20 hours a week flexible.
Pay will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
Proficient with QuickBooks
Previous experience in bookkeeping/accounting, or taxes
Excellent communication skills
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Position # 2:
West Palm Beach Commercial Property Company is in need of a part-time Bookkeeper to enter tenant information into Yardi. 3-way match entering into Yardi. Posting, creating invoices, cutting checks. AP AR DE.

Bookkeeping / QuickBooks / Full Charge Bookkeeper / Yardi

Job Requirements:
Generate various accounts payable reports
Maintain communication with accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendors
Create checks for approved accounts payable to ensure accounts
Reconcile accounts receivable and send out invoices
Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, clerical and data entry
Maintain general ledger account by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts
