The Marketplace team is responsible for balancing the liquidity of clients and workers. The Strategy & Ops team will inform our Marketing strategy both nationally and locally and also oversee the process, systems, tools and reporting for the US Marketplace team ensuring our infrastructure is set up for robust growth and efficiency. This team will partner closely with Sales, Product, Supply and Finance both locally and in HQ and be the right hand US Marketplace leadership team. ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to inform the overall Marketing strategy through understanding clients needs and worker persona and trendsSupport the implementation of incentive programsBuild and maintain operational performance dashboards measuring KPIs and full funnel from lead to conversion to workerSurface insights that will inform big strategic decisions, as well as day to day operationsDevelop a strong understanding of our marketing tech stack and marketing workflows to identify areas for automation and better worker experienceProject manage the Marketplace team's highest priorities initiatives in the USCollaborate with Sales, Product, Supply and Finance teams both locally and in HQA successful candidate will have2+ years of experience in a strategy and operations role; experience with Marketing is a plusStrong ability to juggle multiple projects at the same timeExperience working with data, reporting and insights Highly collaborative; experience leading working teamsSelf-motivated and have a desire to learn quickly, multitask, being able to work independently as well as part of a teamExcellent communication skills within an organizationMust be able to thrive in a very fast-paced environmentUS work authorization (required)Native or equivalent English levelEven if you don't meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying.
