This process begins with demonstrating a thorough understanding of various career paths such as Manufacturing Management, Business Operations, Private Equity and Investment Banking. You then meaningfully interact and interview global business leaders and C-Suite executives who have applied to one of our open requisitions. Finally, you use sophisticated thought processes to assess each candidates fit for Brooks International by managing a complex understanding of their past experiences and career aspirations. This role is also responsible for managing recruitment events, presenting candidate interactions to our executive team, and taking full ownership of a fast pace yet highly quantitative recruitment cycle. The critical objectives of this role include creating and administering curriculum-based programs for all levels of the organization, maintaining timely and effective performance management systems and ensuring the development and progression of all employee's within the firm. This role is highly invested in and responsible for every aspect of our complex 3-6 week training programs, including logistical administration, scheduling certified trainers, daily meeting coordination, assessment grading and all documentation associated. This role is also responsible for eliminating competency gaps across all areas of the firm, creating and aligning position profiles to performance reviews, measuring training effectiveness, overseeing and distributing performance management systems, monitoring career development and taking full ownership of training curriculum material and methodology.   • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a business related field
  • 0-3 years of professional experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Recruiting, Learning and Development, I/O Psychology or Human Resources
  • Strong business acumen with career aspirations in Business, particularly within Organizational Development, Talent Development or Talent Acquisition
  • The following personal attributes: intellectual curiosity, a passion for business leadership, a positive attitude and belief in what's possible, unwavering self-discipline, commitment to mission and the inherent urge to do what's right
  • The ability and commitment to: maintain professionalism at all times, work under pressure while achieving the highest level of quality, seek direction and improve all skills required for the role and rapid professional development
