Job Description:

This canidate will be sitting under the HR Manager and helping with IT recruiting. They will be sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, Indeed posts etc. doing the initial screening with mostly compliance questions before passing candidates along. On a day-to-day basis they be doing Boolean searches, setting up interviews, occasionally connecting with agencies, etc. This candidate will be sourcing for Senior Accountants, Financial analysts, etc. There is a lot of room for growth to move into a recruiter position one day.1+ years of sourcing background in accounting or finance Staffing Agency Background OR corporate Boolean Searches
