• Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements
• Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines
• Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business
• Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters
• Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipelineQualifications:
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required
  • Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
  • Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferredAbout CompanyRaven is a Recruiting Agency looking for Real Estate Agents.
