The Department of Medicine, Division of Pulmonary has an exciting
opportunity for a Full-Time Senior Financial Analyst to work on the
UHealth Campus. The Senior Financial Analyst will act as a lead in
the development, organization, production, and implementation of
clinical, academic, and educational finance portfolios within the
division(s). As a finance leader you will support multi-functional
initiatives across the division(s). The incumbent will report to
the Administrator and Director of the division to ensure financial
health of the division(s).
- Serving as the primary contact for developing and managing
financial portfolios inclusive of Clinical, Administrative,
Research, and Teaching (CART) individual profiles for faculty and
clinical support staff.
- Developing Profit & Loss reports for all faculty and clinical
staff for review and analysis with senior leadership
- Oversight and invoicing of the Department of Health
Tuberculosis (DOH-TB) external contract
- Oversight of any additional incoming financial portfolios such
as Gift agreements or other external contracts and agreements
- Coordinate Costing Allocations, Payroll Accounting Adjustments,
and Labor distribution oversight with senior leadership
- Planning and projection of X, Y, Z compensation analysis or
future variations of the compensation plan
- Oversight of the PCCSM inpatient payroll process and shift
- Oversight and analysis of billing practices, collections, and
denials trends for the division(s)
- Makes suggestions to leadership that will improve overall
- Bachelors degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Skill in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
