Job Description:
Coordinate the NAV finalization process, including P&L
reconciliation and allocation to investors, for open-ended and
closed-ended private funds, registered investment companies, UCITS
funds, and separately managed accounts trading a credit strategy;
investigate and resolve discrepancies with third party fund
administrators and internal teams
Prepare and reconcile the calculation and payment of management and
performance fees in accordance with the funds' governing
documents
Prepare capital calls and distributions allocations and
notifications
Review client capital account statements generated by third party
administrators
Review annual audited financial statements and coordinate with
external auditors for the year-end audit process
Prepare or review performance reporting, Blackstone reporting
deliverables, and other ad hoc client or management requests
Ensure information is properly presented in regulatory filings
including SEC filings for regulated mutual and UCITS funds, Form
PF, and Form ADV
Liaise with various internal teams including Operations, Investor
Relations, Management Reporting, Tax, and Legal and Compliance
Collaborate with and oversee offshore resources to ensure accurate
and timely preparation of files
Prepare and review expense allocations, operating expense budgets,
vendor expense payments, and monitor budgeted versus actual
expenses
Review fund legal documents and continue to streamline or build
processes and templates
Assist in the setup and launch of new products, managed accounts,
and/or funds
Qualifications:
3+ years of public accounting, fund, or administrator
experience
BS (or above) in Accounting or Finance
CPA or CFA preferred
Experience with credit products (loans, CLOs, bonds, revolvers,
delayed draws) is preferred
Possesses a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity,
a positive attitude and genuine passion for excellence
Ability to partner across teams, summarize issues, and develop
recommendations or make decisions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and
verbal
Excellent attention to detail/accuracy and analytical skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple
projects
Highly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking
skills
Advanced Excel skills required

Expected annual base salary range:
$90,000 - $115,000 Actual base salary within that range will be
determined by several components including but not limited to the
individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted
salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation
process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms
of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the
advertised role.
