Similarly, the Bookkeeper you will perform cash applications, full cycle A/P, data entry, coding, and light journal entries or general ledger reconciliation. Submit your application now and learn more about this exciting opportunity!Major responsibilities- Maintain monthly accounting close- Retain a general ledger- More tasks as requested- Classify sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments- Oversee Accounts Receivable- Formulate cash flow projections, as needed- Prepare subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement- Form monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents- Credit Card management and reconciliation- Look after Accounts Payable- Administer monthly accounting close
