If you think you are an innovative, self-motivated team-player, and want to shape your community, join our WGI team today!WGI offers a complete Benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD & STD, Life Insurance, 401k with match, PTO, Holidays, HSA with company contribution, Pet insurance, and Employee assistance program.In this position you will be responsible for managing and supporting the financial accounting for the company and will also be responsible for project work. #LI-onsiteManage the financial transaction processing, recording, and reporting process;Directs and coordinates financial budget processes:Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance;Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget and other appropriate benchmarks and key performance indicators;Coordinate debt service and lease payments with third-parties;Oversee daily operations of the financial accounting team;Assists in establishing financial accounting policies, and operating proceduresCoordinates with Human Resources on the processing of time sheets, expense reports and payroll activities.A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification preferred;5+ years of experience in financial management of a professional services firm;Current working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS);Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems and controls;Experience with Deltek Vision, BST preferred;Experience creating, coordinating and achieving goals through a team of professionals;Excellent computer and communication skills, both verbal and written.Physical DemandsThe physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
