Job Description:

Our client is looking to hire a Fund Accountant! This position will be hybrid and located on site in the West Palm Beach office. Responsibilities: Responsible for daily bookkeeping of Fund and other business entities handled in-house. Prepare Financial Statements and Bank Reconciliations of other in-house entities. Responsible for reconciling bank accounts for Funds. Prepare wire requests and enter wires/account transfers in online bank system. Month-end/Quarterly closings. Prepare quarterly asset management fees. Calculate and post monthly/quarterly accruals. Assemble quarterly investor report package and distribution notices for portal upload. Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and reconciliations. Prepare documentation to open bank accounts as needed. Additional duties and projects as assigned.



Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required. 1-3 years of general bookkeeping or related experience in Accounting. Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)/financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups). Collaborative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. Ability to multi-task, pivot between projects/tasks.
