Accounting Analyst - Revenue Full Time Miami, FL, US 20 days ago Requisition ID: 1011 Position Summary:Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual account roll forward schedules for various balance sheet accounts. Prepare customer invoices. Provide detailed support for month end balances. Support collection efforts. Provide analytical support for departmental projects as required. Major Job Accountabilities: -

• Collaborate with internal departments, finance and operational personnel regarding revenue accounting data.
• Prepare analysis to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Interpret and summarize accounting impact on all short and long-term ACMI/Program charter agreements.
• Assist with Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly variance analyses to explain business dynamics that drive changes in Balance Sheet accounts.
• Drive timely collection of receivables by communicating with customers and Sales and Marketing team.
• Accurately and efficiently, prepare invoices, cash receipts applications, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Participate in special projects as assigned. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, Finance or related experience -
  • 2-4 years related experience.
  • Experience working with public reporting companies. -
  • Experience with Sage Intact and Blackline software preferred. Skills:
    • Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office products (Excel specifically)
    • Strong written and oral communication skills required.
    • Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment.
    • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks.
