Overview
Coastal Waste & Recycling is privately-owned waste disposal and
recycling company. We are experiencing explosive growth and with
growth comes opportunity.
We are currently adding a Senior Accountant to the team. This isn't
your typical accounting position - our accountants don't just spend
their days looking at the computer screen and crunching numbers-
they are an integral part of the business and are involved in
operations, sales, customer service, and more.
Responsibilities
In addition to handling daily transactions, maintaining &
reconciling balance sheet and GL accounts, and posting journal
entries, you will also support the management team in day-to-day
and strategic decisions by analyzing data and providing insight.
You will be a true business partner within your district.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will have an accounting
degree, working knowledge of GAAP, strong Excel skills, and prior
experience working in a similar role.
