Job Description Job Description STAFF ACCOUNTANT – 3 YEARS EXP
W/CPA FIRM REQUIRED. Local firm is full service and is seeking a
full-time staff accountant. Join our dynamic team where we are

maintaining the highest standards of integrity. Position duties
include · preparation of client’s financial statements · maintain
balance sheet/subsidiary ledgers · review general ledger account
detail · preparation of journal entries · maintain fixed asset
schedules · file monthly sales tax reports · prepare payroll for
client (live payroll) · correspondence with the IRS · assistance
with worker comp audits · preparation of 1099-MISC/1099-NEC ·
remote accounting for some clients · monitor and control e-file of
tax returns · data entry, when required · Assist in tax accounting
and compliance, including preparation of tax returns and related
documentation. · assistance with financial audit procedures ·
assist partners with any projects Requirements include · Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting · Three years’ experience in a CPA firm as
accountant/tax preparer · Utilize accounting software such as
QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for efficient financial management. ·
Auditing experience · Good communication skills · Team Player
Experience with Creative Solutions (Accounting CS, Ultra Tax) a
plus. Reference letters are required. In addition, credit and full
background check are required. Salary is based on experience and
education. Health insurance for employee provided. Firm
participates in SIMPLE IRA and up to 3% match. Extra hours are
REQUIRED during tax season and other deadlines. Company Description
