Summary:Industrial Sonomechanics is a research & development, product manufacture and process consulting firm, specializing in industrial ultrasonic technology for liquid treatment. Please see our website and blog portal for further details: We are looking for an experienced, reliable and attentive-to-detail Administrative/Marketing Assistant to join our team. The candidate must be able to manage a significant work load with frequent interruptions, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment, and function well under stress.
Duties and responsibilities:Administrative:

  • Answer/route phone calls, respond to basic client inquiries and provide quotes/invoices
  • Prepare shipments, create shipping labels, schedule pickups, track and receive
  • Help manage relationships with vendors, ensuring that all items are received and paid on time
  • Maintain/coordinate calendars, schedules, meetings and conference calls
  • Update spreadsheets and databases
  • Help maintain inventory of supplies, parts and materials
  • Participate in the planning and execution of company events and trade shows
  • Help ensure correct operation of office equipmentMarketing:
    • Keep the company's promotional materials updated
    • Take and edit photos and videos of the company's equipment and procedures for the website, social media, presentations and promotional/instructional materials
    • Assist with the production of marketing materials
    • Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions
    • Help maintain visual and brand consistency in all printed and online materials
      Qualifications and requirements:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or Design
      • 1-3 years of experience in office management and/or marketing preferred
      • Proficiency in photo and video editing required
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Excellent time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize work
      • Strong attention to detail
      • Ability to acquire new skills under supervision and independently
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and QuickBooks preferred
      • Photography/Videography experience required
        Job Type: Full-time
