fill multiple CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE positions in the
Miami/Cutler Bay area. As a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE you
will be responsible for customer care, conflict resolutions,

Acts as primary customer service agent in processing or responding
to basic customer requests, inquiries and/or orders
Receive a high volume of inbound calls (70-100 calls per day) from
customers with varying levels of questions and concerns
Ability to communicate verbally and read information in English
Provides basic product/service/application information; also
provides information on pricing and product availability
Correspond with customers via email to answer customer/client
questions and concerns.
Exercise judgment and diplomacy, as required, while effectively
communicating the necessary information
Coordinates and expedites service issues to higher levels or other
departments as needed
Requirements for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Call
Center are as follows:
Fluent in English and Spanish -
Bilingual High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to
Detail oriented and well organized.
Proactive in presenting solutions to problems.
Proficient with computers
Must pass client specific background check
Experience: Must have 2-3 years experience in customer service;
call center, banking, or retail.
