Job Description:

Our client, an international commercial bank and venture capital firm, is looking for an Office Coordinator to join their team in Miami, FL! This position will be onsite. Required Skills & Experience

  • Must be bilingual (English & Spanish).
  • Experience in Administration. Responsibilities
    • Handle all orders and stocking of office supplies.
    • Stock amenities in kitchen and coffee areas.
    • Oversee office space management.
    • Act as receptionist, including answering phones, greeting customers, badging.
    • Interact with and manage vendors.
    • Conduct invoicing.
    • Support onboarding of new hires.
    • Support any meetings/events as needed.
    • Support other administrative tasks as needed. The Offer
      • Competitive Pay: Up to $25/hour, DOE
