Department: Business Operations Reports to: General Manager
Classification: Part-Time/Non-Exempt (Seasonal)Please note, as a

considered.This position will be the primary receptionist in the
front office of The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches in West Palm
Beach, Florida; as well as provide front line, day-to-day,
functional support for The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches during
Spring Training.Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may
be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the
essential functions. Organize, screen and prioritize the flow of
all internal and external communications as related to Spring
Training operations. Answer incoming phone calls and handle all
client/guest inquiries; to include general customer service
inquiries in a prompt and professional manner. Manage facility
credentialing for all sponsors, guests and/or clients. Coordinate
and receive deliveries, shipments and inventory for the facility
and working staff. Welcome on-site visitors and manage logistics to
ensure they are routed to the appropriate locations and/or
personnel. Perform basic administrative duties. Assist the Finance
Department with specific tasks as assigned. Performs other related
duties as assigned. Required Education, Experience and
Qualifications High School diploma or GED and/or equivalent number
of years of relevant experience. 2+ years of office administrative
experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superior customer service skills. Adaptable to changing needs and
situations. High level of detail orientation. Professional demeanor
and positive attitude. Ability to handle discreet and confidential
information. Flexibility to work irregular/extended hours,
including nights, weekend and holidays as needed. Ability to build
effective relationships at all levels of business. Exceptional
ability to work in a team environment. Flexible, adaptable, able to
work under pressure and handle multiple and competing demands.
Excellent written and oral communications. Experience with
Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Work
Environment This job operates in a clerical, office setting.This
role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer,
phone and copy machine/scanner.Physical Demands The physical
demands described here are representative of those that must be met
by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of
this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
regularly required to see, talk and hear. The employee frequently
is required to sit for long periods of time; walk; use hands,
handle or feel.Ability to lift up to 25lbs.Position Type and
Expected Hours of Work Ability to work a flexible schedule,
including; extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Travel
