Job Description:

The ideal Administrative Assistant will support firearms instructors and work directly with students performing a variety of tasks. The candidate should be comfortable around firearms and able to guide and direct students around the range. Please see some of the tasks outlined below. Answer phones and greet visitors Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings Collate and distribute mail Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping Set up classroom in preparation for students Provide instruction and brief students Make and answer callsJob Types: Part-time, TemporaryPay: $11.50 - $13.00 per hourSchedule: 4 hour shift Weekend availabilitySupplemental pay types: Commission payAbility to commute/relocate: West Palm Beach, FL 33413: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in West Palm Beach, FL 33413
