Job Description:

Data Reporting Associate - Hybrid Work (Home & Office) Compile data for basic recurring reports from various systems & perform quality data checks for internal requests.Generates quality control reports for reliability and validity checks of data entered to the health center systems.Implements processes to monitor and provide assistance to end users to ensure uniform procedures for data entry.Responsible for creating/maintaining documentation on how to generate reports from the Health Center's systems.Collaborates in data clean-up initiatives of data in internal/external databases including NextGen, Provide, Carisk, and HRSA or DOH databases such as UDS/EHB and Florida Shots.Provides reports and data quality support to health center Grants/Programs (i.e., CDC, BBHC, Ryan White).Develops and maintains documentation on procedures for data report specification, and recurring compilation.Prepares monthly agency statistics/indicator reports for Board of Directors and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Creates and distributes monthly Clinical Measures Provider Scorecards to ensure goals are met for UDS reporting.Assist in the compilation, audit, and submission of health center's Annual UDS reporting.Complies with data entry, data reporting, data sharing, data security and data breach policies.Participates in department staff meetings and company developmental activities as requested/required.Other duties as assigned by management or immediate supervisor. -Culture of Service: 3 C'sCompassion: Greets internal or external customer (i.e., patient, client, staff, vendor) with courtesy, making eye contact, responding with a proper tone and nonverbal language. Prioritize internal or external customer (i.e., patient, client, staff, vendor) requests to ensure prompt and effective response is provided.SafetyEnsures proper hand washing according to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.Understands and appropriately acts upon assigned role in Emergency Code System.Understands and performs assigned role in Agency Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP).JOB SPECIFICATIONSEducation:Associate degree in Computer Science, Health Care Systems or related field.Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Health Care Systems, or related field.Training and Experience:At least two (2) years of experience in data entry, data auditing, data reporting. Computer knowledge should include knowledge of Microsoft applications. Experience with Pivots and Vlookup in Excel required. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records and reporting systems is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work well in a team environment, handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Problem solving and teamwork skills are required. Ability to work with multicultural and diverse populations is required. Experience working in a community health center environment preferred.Job Knowledge and Skills:Must be familiar/have experience using Excel and pivot tables.
Effective presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong troubleshooting skills, logical and creative problem-solving skills.Attention to detail, excellent follow up.Contact Responsibility:The responsibility for internal and external contacts is frequent and important.Other:Other duties as assigned.Own transportation required.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis work requires the following physical activities: constant walking and bending. Frequent standing, sitting, lifting at least 25 lbs., stretching/reaching, working on a ladder, vision for close work, talking on the phone and talking in person. Occasional driving is also required.
