Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Bookkeeper
in West Palm Beach (Zip Code 33412), FL. This Bookkeeper job is a
temp to hire opportunities working onsite at client site. If you

AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calculating timesheets and processing payroll.
- Processing Customer Invoices.
- Keeping track of Inventory for forecasting.
- Process bank deposits and reconciliation.
- Answers phone and in-person inquiries regarding A/P, A/R or
Payroll questions. REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma required and some College in Accounting
preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Bookkeeper or
Accounting Assistant.
- Ability to work under pressure & strong communication
skills.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using Oracle and QuickBooks.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Pay rate is $20 per
hour. Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday Weekly Pay - you
