Fiscal Administrator II - Fiscal Division
Location: E.R. Graham Building

Position Overview:
The Fiscal Administrator II position in the Fiscal Division is
responsible for purchasing and accounts payable for our Child
Support Program. The work schedule for this position is 8:30 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. This position offers a Limited Flexible Work Schedule
and Teleworking Option.
The Job Responsibilities include:
Securing quotes and processing Purchase Orders for new equipment,
furniture, supply, maintenance and services
Researching for the best rate in the market for goods and
services
Reviewing requisitions and verifying rates with vendors
Auditing and processing incoming invoices for payment
Preparing monthly Expenditure portion of Invoice to Department of
Revenue for reimbursement of program costs
Preparing Monthly Encumbrance Report
Processing Purchase Order renewals and change orders
Monitoring vendor contracts with the state and county
Maintaining maintenance agreements on equipment and securing
maintenance renewals
Following up with vendors on late, never received or disputed
invoices
Monitoring postage accounts balance and processing check requests:
Postage by Phone, Postage Due account, PO Box and permit fees
Monitoring property disposals
Coordinating training and travel arrangements for all Child Support
Program staff
Performing other related duties as assigned
The Minimum Requirements are:
Associate Degree in finance/accounting or related field and two (2)
years of accounts payable and/or clerical accounting experience;
OR
High school diploma and four (4) years of accounts payable and/or
clerical accounting experience; OR
An equivalent combination of four (4) years of training and
clerical accounting experience
