Our Miami/Doral, FL Branch is in search of an Administrative Coordinator/Bookkeeper to join our team!
**Please note: The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 7:00a - 3:30p in office. Starting Compensation is $19.00 per hour.
The ideal Administrative Coordinator will handle the day-to-day administrative tasks such as A/P, A/R, payroll processing, reviewing and entering job orders using our software, answering incoming calls and setting appointments. This role reports directly to the Branch Manager.
Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Accounts Payable experience required (An assessment is required)
+ Accounts Receivable experience required (An assessment is required)
+ Fluent in English (This is required)
+ Fluent in Spanish preferred
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills
+ Great customer service and interpersonal skills
+ Keen attention to detail
+ Problem Solving and basic troubleshooting skills
+ Proficiency with common work processing and spreadsheet software
