US Job Description This shift is Monday through Friday 11 A.M. -

according to established policies and procedures, performs a
variety of duties including: sorts, delivers and picks up postal
mail; receives, transmits and delivers all facsimiles; maintains
all equipment supplies for the Miami Office. This position is also
responsible for the reproduction of documents accomplished by
operating high speed and color copiers, performing various binding
jobs, meeting deadlines and working as a team player by maintaining
good communication lines with Attorneys, Paralegals, Secretaries
and other Service Departments and Staff. Observes confidentiality
of client and firm matters. Essential Functions Reproduce
documents, per requested instructions, on high volume copiers,
including binding, proper input of client/matter numbers, and
quality checking/proofreading. Prioritize all incoming jobs.
Quality check the copy runs and keep appropriate records.
Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, secretaries and other
service department personnel. A/V back up for proper set up for
meetings and events. Catering - ordering, set up, clean up.
Reception desk coverage when necessary. Sort and distribute
incoming and interoffice mail and handle nightly mail drops.
Operate mail machinery. Ensure copy areas and printer areas are
stocked. Ensure that Conference Rooms are set up and cleaned
properly. Order office and kitchen supplies for Miami Office as may
be directed. Heavy lifting of boxes, files, and moving MPR
chairs/tables when needed. Assists in all other areas of Office
Services, as required. Requirements Education: High School Graduate
or its equivalent / Some College Preferable Experience: A minimum
of three years of experience on high volume copiers. Experience in
a law firm Office Services & Support environment preferred.
Experience with Cisco telephone system is desirable. Skills: Must
be able to understand and follow instructions. Must be able to
organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time
constraints. Must display excellent customer service skills and
professional manner (on the phone and in person) with clients,
attorneys, paraprofessionals, secretaries, and other staff members.
Must be able to program, operate and troubleshoot high/low speed
and color copiers, printers and MFD's (multiple function devices).
Knowledge of AV equipment, including TVs, Zoom, Teams, and basic IT
knowledge and troubleshooting ability. Ability to work under
pressure. Must be able to make productive use of working hours and
be flexible to change shift hours as needed. Other Supervisory
Responsibilities: None Equipment To Be Used: Printers and
Multi-Function Devices, High volume copiers, Personal Computer,
Binding equipment, Paper drill and paper cutter, Facsimile
machines, Postage machine, Telephone, AV equipment, TVs/cable
interface, conference room equipment as directed by IT/AV
coordinator. Typical Physical Demands: Requires constant standing,
bending, stooping and reaching. Requires lifting, possibly up to 60
pounds or more and as high as eight feet. Requires manual dexterity
sufficient to operate standard office machines such as high speed
copiers (being able to clear jams as they occur), binding
equipment, paper drill, cutter, and cost accounting system. Typical
Mental Demands: Must be able to deal with stress associated with a
fast paced work environment, including handling the demands of
multiple tasks on a daily basis. Must be able to work well as a
member of a team and make judgment decisions. Must be able to adapt
to changing work situations and grasp and apply new ideas. Must be
able to relate and interact with people at all levels within the
Firm. Must be able to deal with constant interruptions and be able
to pick up where left off. Requires normal range of hearing and
vision. Working Conditions: Work in a typical office setting
characteristic of an Office Services & Support department. At
times, must work with little to no supervision. The position
occasionally absorbs more than forty hours per week. Overtime must
