and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in
Delray Beach, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you
will play a pivotal role in supporting daily office operations and
ensuring smooth communication within the team. Ideal candidates
should have strong multitasking abilities and excellent
interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain
administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion. •
Handle inbound calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff
members. • Perform data entry and maintain records in an organized
and secure manner. • Assist with scheduling meetings and
maintaining calendars for team members. • Prepare and process
documentation, reports, and correspondence as needed. • Support
internal communications and facilitate efficient workflow among
departments. • Monitor and resolve basic administrative issues,
ensuring seamless operations. • Maintain a welcoming and
well-organized environment for staff and visitors. • Proven
experience in administrative support or a related role. •
Proficiency in managing inbound calls and directing inquiries
effectively. • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
and accuracy. • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
to handle diverse responsibilities. • Ability to maintain records
and documentation in an orderly fashion. • Strong verbal and
written communication skills. • Proficiency in using office
software and tools for administrative tasks.
