The 2-year program moves you through 3 unique assignments giving you a broad understanding of our company and in-depth functional experience within the area of Marketing. You will have opportunities to build a valuable network of peers, managers, and leaders across the company. Participants will gain the following experience:

• Upstream Franchise Marketing around new product development or market development
• Market Research and Business Analytics
• Digital Marketing
• Business Development
• Rotation through the Chief Marketing Officer group
• Healthcare economics and reimbursements
• The participants will be responsible for work that deals with strategic business issues with significant exposure to business leaders and cross-functional areas.
• Participants will be expected to demonstrate in-depth understanding of critical issues, decision-making, and project management skills.
• They must also possess strong problem solving, organizational, communication and analytical skills. You will be required to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Participants will be provided on the job training/coaching Qualifications Qualifications: We are looking for bold thinkers to help us push the boundaries of medical technology who are highly collaborative with excellent communication, leadership, and strategic-thinking skills. Bright, flexible, and results-oriented, with a high degree of humility and integrity. Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in your four year of an undergraduate program or Masters / MBA
  • Recommended GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
  • Available to relocate throughout the course of the program
