Overview:Position Summary:
This role is an integral part of our cross functional digital
product team with the ability to partner in a highly collaborative
agile development environment. The Digital Analyst will identify,
test, and optimize website enhancements to provide strategic
direction that is driven by data evidence.
What you will be doing:
- Evolving our website strategy through personalization, testing
and enhancement of customer journeys using strong analytical skills
and a continual drive for improvement
- Generating impactful insights from analytics and translating
the results into clear recommendations with associated implications
for the business
- Creating, testing, and personalizing campaigns through their
entire lifecycle including conceptualizing experiences, and tests,
determining appropriate hypotheses, managing development and
quality process as well as determining intended outcomes and
defining success metrics to measure
- Continuously monitoring and measuring test and experience
effectiveness in order to regularly deliver analysis, data pulls,
reporting, and result based presentations
- Managing scopes, timelines, and deliverables on multiple
concurrent projects while working with a variety of internal teams
as well as vendors
- Becoming an expert on our personalization and testing platform
and managing its upkeep and maintenance
What you will bring to the table:
- Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or other
related field of study preferred or equivalent combination of
education and work-related experience.
- 2-4 years of digital experience, preferably in e-commerce or
digital business, to guide projects and make improvement
recommendations.
- Experience identifying trends and drivers, performing
exploratory data analyses, and presenting views that will provide
visibility into experience and program performance
- Experience using enterprise digital analytics tools (i.e. Adobe
Analytics, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, etc.) to drive actionable
insights
- Experience executing A/B testing and personalization strategies
with engines such as Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, environment with
cross-functional teams including design and development. Working
knowledge of HTML/CSS and working in agile development environments
are pluses
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and flexible with the ability to shift gears and
priorities quickly based off business needs while meeting deadlines
consistently
- Able to work efficiently on a team as well as autonomously
- Being forward-thinking with great planning, project management
and problem-solving skills while being resourceful and "having a
can-do attitude"
- Have an innate curiosity to understand "why and how" to
proactively identify and suggest changes and improvements
