The Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the Digit member experience and how we go to market as a brand. This role will have a wide scope of influence with high visibility, and will work closely with cross-functional partners in design, product, content, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, legal and support. Strong candidates will be curious, data-driven, passionate about understanding our members and excited to learn new things and wear multiple hats.

While Digit's worldwide HQ is in San Francisco, CA, this role is open anywhere in the US. This role reports to our Head of Product Marketing.

Here are some ways you'll make an impact:

* Drive member insight & empathy: Be the voice and expert of our members, and be a cross-functional partner in driving research and gathering insights on member's needs, attitudes and behaviors
* Create consistency in messaging, voice & tone: Work with cross-functional partners to drive messaging across product and marketing channels, based on member insights as well as competitive research
* Implement brand refresh: Play a lead role in organizing cross-functional efforts for rollout of a brand refresh and help define and execute the go-to-market strategy for launch
* Drive product growth and retention: Develop and implement marketing strategies across channels (PR, lifecycle marketing, social) and optimize the marketing programs with continuous testing
* Build member-focused products: Partner with Product, Engineering, Design to shape new product experiences and optimize existing experiences throughout the member journey

Are you the candidate we are looking for?

* 6+ years Product Marketing experience
* Deeply rooted empathy for the consumer and a passion for identifying and sharing insights
* Analytical thinker and experience in data-driven marketing
* Experience developing and executing go-to-market launches
* Experience working with growth-related projects or teams
* Experience working on a brand refresh
* Motivated to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Naturally curious, and capable of seeking information, solving problems, and delivering results in dynamic situations independently
* Strong communication skills and passion for process/ project management
