*Job Summary*

Aroma360 is hiring an energetic and outgoing Social Media Customer Service Rep to provide outstanding customer service via all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.

In this role, the Social Media Customer Service Rep will connect with customers and clients by responding to posts, comments, messages, and reviews regarding Aroma360 products and services.

*Essential Duties*

* Responds to direct messages in multiple social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc
* Engage with customers and clients by responding to customer/client posts, comments, and reviews.
* Assist customers with inquiries regarding purchased products and services.
* Exemplify and provide advanced customer service assistance and follow up.
* Troubleshoot. deescalate, and resolve customer inquiries and requests
* Represent Aroma360 and all brands via all social media outlets.
* Speak with customers and clients over the phone to provide additional services as needed.

*Requirements and Skills*

* Social media management/customer service
* Outstanding grammar, editing, and writing!
* Experience engaging with customers/clients via social media outlets
* Customer Service Retention experience
* Customer Service Chat experience a plus!
* Quick learner who takes initiative
* Excellent verbal communication
* CRM highly preferred, Salesforce a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
