• Buildstrong relationships with consumers and retail partners
• Engage with potential customers via face-to-face interactions at in-store promotional events
• Execute Nationwide marketing campaigns and provide feedback
• Setup/tear down promotional tabling events
• Troubleshoot technology glitches when necessary
• Collaborate with Moocho Corporate Marketing to increase customer acquisition and drive growthWhat Do I Need to Be Successful?Below are some of the traits and qualifications of a successful Field Marketing Associate:
  • Previous sales,promotionalmarketingor direct customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and people skills - this role is 100% face to face interaction
  • Highly motivated, passion for sales and positive mindset - tenacity and resiliency are key!
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Team player mentality, but also works well independently
  • Able to dedicate 35hours/week on average to the role
  • Bachelor's degree a plus, but not requiredCompensation$20/hr + commission. Our average Field Marketing Associates make $30/hr, while our top performing make $50/hr.Why Moocho?
