Job Description Job Description We are seeking a General
Construction Estimator/Sales Representative to join our team!
Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential
and commercial construction projects based on plans,
specifications, and site visits. Analyze labor, material, and time
requirements for each project. Develop and maintain strong
relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Generate
new business opportunities through networking and sales efforts.
Present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients. Collaborate
with project managers to ensure smooth project execution. ?
Qualifications: 5 years minimum of experience in construction
estimating and sales. Strong understanding of construction
processes, materials, and pricing. Excellent communication and
negotiation skills. Proficiency in estimating software and
Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with
strong attention to detail.
