commitment to quality service. In this Entry Level Customer Service
Representative role you will proactively engage with customers to
ensure their continued satisfaction and long-term connection with
AT&T. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service
Representative: Engage with AT&T customers in Miami providing
personalized customer service support. Address inquiries on
AT&T mobile plans and wireless services Guide customers on
AT&T products, services, and promotions to help them maximize
their devices. Troubleshoot basic service issues, provide
step-by-step solutions, and escalate complex concerns as needed.
Build rapport with customers for potential repeat business Maintain
precise records of customer interactions, service issues, and
resolutions Collaborate with the team members to support customers
Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills
through ongoing training and feedback.
