As a Wireless Customer Relations Trainee, you will be a key
asset to our team. The Wireless Customer Relations Trainee will be
excited to help customers with wireless services, build relations
and support them with their AT&T enrollment. With sharp
instincts and deep product knowledge, the Wireless Customer
Relations Trainee will deliver top-tier service, uncover sales

Wireless Customer Relations Trainee Responsibilities: Undergo
training on wireless products, service plans, billing, and customer
service to better provide customers with services Learn to
effectively handle customer inquiries by providing accurate
information to individual consumers and potentially business
accounts Assist customers with basic wireless service, device, and
billing issues, escalating complex problems as needed. Explain
wireless service features, benefits, and promotions to increase
sales Adhere to established customer service guidelines and company
policies for all customer interactions Continuously seek guidance
from senior team members to improve wireless knowledge and skills
Support the sales team by providing customers with relevant
information and identifying opportunities for service upgrades or
additional offerings.
