BDC, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive
top-tier service every day. You’ll support our Service Managers and
Advisors, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and keep our
service operations running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do
Every Day - Welcome and engage guests on the service drive with
professionalism and enthusiasm. - Answer and manage incoming
service calls promptly while scheduling appointments to maximize
shop efficiency. - Coordinate and schedule service appointments for
after-market accessories, additional repairs, and warranty work. -
Reach out to customers to schedule field action or recall visits
and ensure timely completion. - Oversee and organize daily service
schedules to balance workflow and meet customer needs. - Assist and
back up Service Advisors and Porters to ensure every guest is
greeted with courtesy and care. - Follow up with customers after
service to verify satisfaction and build lasting relationships. Are

who: - Demonstrate computer proficiency and can navigate web-based
systems with ease (CRM or DMS experience such as DealerTrack is a
plus). - Bring prior automotive or customer service experience
(preferred but not required). - Exhibit excellent organization and
follow-up skills. - Deliver exceptional communication and
interpersonal interactions. - Aim high, are goal-driven, and have a
strong desire to succeed. - Hold a valid driver’s license with an
