Monday- Friday I 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Build a career in the real

growth path. Position Summary: As a Closing Coordinator, you will
assist with the title and closing processes, ensuring a smooth and
transparent experience for buyers, sellers, and real estate
partners. This role is designed to develop your skills and
experience, offering opportunities for quick advancement within our
company through direct collaboration with our managing attorney. It
is ideal for individuals with excellent organizational skills and
keen attention to detail who excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented
environment that emphasizes flexibility and collaboration. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by
communicating regularly with clients and ensuring prompt,
professional responses to client questions and concerns, with a
problem-solving focus. Ensure all incoming orders are opened
promptly and accurately, verify and enter all required data, and
proactively obtain any missing information. Monitor the lender
title request queue by serving as the dedicated point of contact
for lender inquiries and facilitating the delivery of lenders’
title request documents. Prepare documentation for closing files
and assist with post-closing activities. Coordinate the procurement
of third-party services to ensure all title clearance requirements
are available for timely review. Drive file accuracy and
organization by managing document processing and ensuring every
file is audit-ready. What You'll Bring Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of strong experience in a customer service and
accuracy-driven role. High level of comfort with technology; quick
to learn new tools and systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment and manage shifting priorities. Strong organizational
skills with exceptional attention to detail. Embrace a challenge
and engage in creative problem-solving. Excellent written and
verbal communication skills and a positive "can-do" attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively to deliver an extraordinary
customer experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience in title
and escrow, mortgage lending, or real estate transaction
