Position Details Full - time : 32 hours per week Hourly Pay: $14.50 per hour This position requires standing and walking throughout the facility, including the pool deck area Must be available to work Monday - Friday; excluding Thursdays (Facility closed on Thursdays) Must be comfortable working without shoes in designated areas Candidate Must: Be an advocate for creating a fun, welcoming environment Present a professional and positive first impression Greet and welcome families and students Possess strong verbal and written communication skills (in person, phone, and email) Love working with children and enjoy daily interaction with them Demonstrate a strong desire to make a difference Adapt quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Maintain a growth mindset when educating families about swim and gymnastics programs Be reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
