Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to
provide essential services for students ranging from preschool
through high school in Boca Raton, FL. This contract position
offers a dynamic work environment focused on pediatric care within
the educational setting. The role requires expertise across various
grade levels, including K-5, 6-8, and 9-12, supporting diverse
speech and language needs in school-age children. Key
Qualifications: Active Florida SLP License issued by the Department
of Health is mandatory Experience working with pediatric
populations in educational settings is highly preferred Comfort and
skill in managing caseloads across multiple grade spans (Preschool
through High School) Strong communication and collaboration skills
to work effectively with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary
teams Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments for
students from preschool age through high school Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans that address each
student's unique communication needs Provide direct therapy
services, consult with teachers and parents, and monitor student
progress Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and
district requirements Participate in team meetings and contribute
to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development Location &
Schedule: Position based in Boca Raton, Florida Full-time contract
