Are you looking to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment? Our company serves over 20 countries and is seeking a talented Solutions Architect with strong sales experience to join our team. Provide technical solutions for domestic and regional projects by using company available products, architectures, topologies, hardware, and software into complete customer communications network configurations. Translate customer requirements into technological solutions. Provides sales support for Data, Voice, Video, and Internet services to be delivered throughout the Latin American Region, Caribbean, and the USA.
Essential Functions

• Network designs solutions for all kinds of businesses/responses to RFPs.
• Determining and defining a technology system solution for Customer's telecommunication requirements, including the overall architecture, impacts the existing system, components, major hardware/software functional blocks, interfaces, cost, and related implementation timeframes.
• Ensure regional technical consistency for customer' designed networks by coordinating with local pre-sales engineer assigned to the projects.
• Make sure all requirements are fully understood by translating customer requirements into technological solutions.
• Find the product that best fit customer needs.
• Bandwidth and quality of service allocation.
• The draw of network diagrams when preparing quotations for customers.
• Provide pricing to all opportunities
• Perform pricing in a timely manner.
• Quotations of on-net points
• Follow finance guidance/recommendations in the pricing definition marking up the third party provider's costs accordingly.
• Quote processing
• Assuring appropriate answer time from third party vendors.
• Provide technical assistance to the region for third party quotations that are received formally
• Quote through Web Tool or directly with third-party vendors the requirements that are sent by the Account Managers in the USA.
• Support to the sales team
• Delivery of technical presentations for customers, prospects, strategic partners, and internal sales personnel.
• Present solutions to network requirements using the product suite to customer audiences ranging from CEO, Product Managers, and Engineers.
• Develop technical graphics for the Customer's presentation (networks designed or in production)
• Prepare technical documents or proposals on a simple to complex technical subjects to support projects.
  Education, Experience, Skills
  • B.S. Electronic Engineering
  • 5+ years' experience in the telecommunication industry.
  • Interface with customer/prospect
  • Sales acumen
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
