Overview:

TLC Engineering Solutions is a dynamic and growing National Engineering firm seeking a Graduate Engineer(Technology) to assist in the design of communication and technology business solutions for large building systems. This opportunity is in our Miami, FL location.

Responsibilities:



Layout Model devices and equipment in spaces using Revit platform (BIM software).
Input equipment and device data to system families and create circuits.
Develop system diagrams, details and schematics.
Research unique design aspects under direction of lead engineer.
Develop thorough understanding of building codes and design practices.
Draft red lines from Engineers.
Interact with Architect in PM absence
Request additional information when necessary from PM (hours per phase, deadlines, owner requirements)
Review contractor's equipment submittals for accuracy
Attend project coordination meetings, stand up reviews, and project site visits under PM supervision.






Grad Engineer Qualifications:



BS in electrical engineering, computer science, IS project management or construction management
