Tech Product Engineer

Developing design ideas based on customer interests, budgets and market researchMeeting with the development team to discuss product ideasAnalyzing market and industry product trendsCompensation and Term -This opportunity is for a full-time, one year contract position with possible extensions and pay - commensurate with experience up to $64.80/hour or $134,794 per year. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance available after 30 days of hire. -Candidates are expected to work onsite at our client's location. -Qualifications you needA successful Tech Product Engineer possesses or provides the following:

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar field is preferred
• Identifies problems during the manufacturing process and devises solutions to improve the product's safety and usability.
• Analyzes information and makes informed decisions as quickly as possible.
• Work closely with designers, marketing managers, department managers and other designers, so good written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Work collaboratively with other team members, using skills in negotiation and compromise to complete the design and manufacture of a product.
• Advanced analytical and design skills
