aviation landscape. Role Objective: The Senior Aviation Maintenance
Manager oversees and coordinates maintenance operations to ensure
aircraft safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role
involves supervising maintenance personnel, managing schedules,
inspecting work quality, and ensuring compliance with aviation
regulations and standards. Essential Job Tasks: Lead, manage, and
mentor a team of aviation maintenance technicians and other
employees, along with assigning tasks and manage daily schedules to
ensure efficient operations. Oversee and inspect scheduled and
unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and modifications on aircraft.
Collaborate with Fly Alliance Part 135 management, flight
operations, scheduling, and other maintenance branches to minimize
delays and disruptions to internal fleet. Make conscious efforts to
grow the third-party maintenance retail work within the Teterboro
market and greater NY/NJ area. Provide clear communication and
updates on maintenance activities and timelines to clients,
vendors, and third-party retail operators. Act as a liaison between
maintenance teams, Jet Aviation, and regulatory authorities
regularly and during maintenance events, inspections or audits.
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in compliance with
FAA/EASA regulations and company policies. Coordinate with the
maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
promptly. Enforce adherence to safety protocols and quality
standards. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure aircraft are
airworthy and compliant with regulatory standards. Maintain proper
documentation, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and
certifications. Monitor and control maintenance budgets to reduce
downtime and costs. Support the professional growth of maintenance
personnel through guidance and resources. Conduct performance
evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Direct Reports:

Associate Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced,
high-pressure environment. Willingness to work flexible hours,
including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed. Capable
of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
Standing, bending and climbing for extended periods during
inspections and repairs. Requirements: Competencies: In-depth
knowledge of FAA/EASA regulations, maintenance practices, and
safety standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management
abilities. Proficient in maintenance tracking software and
Microsoft Office Suites and Google Workspace. Effective
communication and interpersonal skills. Work Authorization: Must be
authorized to work in the United States of America. Travel: Travel
will be needed to support and manage AOG work in the greater
Northeastern U.S. As well as regular travel to Florida to visit
Corporate Headquarters. Required Education/Experience: High school
diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Aviation
Maintenance or related field (preferred). Valid FAA Airframe and
Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (required). Inspection
Authorization (IA) or equivalent certifications (preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation maintenance, with at
least 3-5 years in a supervisory role. Hands-on experience with
various aircraft systems, components, and troubleshooting.
