Job Description Job Description Top Job Located in Delray Beach, FL We are seeking skilled and dependable HVAC Technicians to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. This role is essential to ensuring comfortable and energy-efficient environments for our clients and facilities. Key Responsibilities Installation & Maintenance Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, thermostats, and controls Perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC units Clean, adjust, and repair systems to ensure optimal performance Replace worn or defective parts such as motors, belts, and filters Diagnostics & Repair Inspect HVAC systems and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues Use specialized tools and equipment to test system functionality Repair or replace components to restore system operation Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records Compliance & Safety Follow all safety protocols and building codes Ensure systems comply with environmental regulations and energy standards Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC technologies and best practices Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent HVAC certification or technical training (EPA Section 608 Certification required) Proven experience in HVAC installation and repair Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces Preferred Associate's degree in HVAC technology or related field Experience with smart thermostats and energy management systems Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems and controls Work Schedule Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends On-call availability for emergency repairs Benefits Competitive hourly wage or salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle and tools provided Opportunities for training and career advancement 3264ST Express Office: Boca Raton-Delray Beach 15127 Jog Road Suite 212 Delray Beach, FL 33446
