Director of Case Management
Salary Range (DOE)
Eligible for up to 15% bonus potential
$10,000 sign-on bonus paid out on first check (2 yr commitment)
Director of Case Management:--- 3+ yrs of experience as a Director
Case Management required
--- 3+ yrs Acute Care Case Management experience required
--- Will not consider Home Health case management experience
--- Bachelor's degree required; Master's strongly preferred
--- CCM preferred
