Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Affiliate Manager - FULL TIME
Salary Plus CommissionThe Affiliate Manager works with our
affiliate marketing partners to supply traffic from our exclusive
brand and organic web properties handling our SUB PRIME payday
offers. The Affiliate Manager is responsible for seeking out new
affiliates on a continual basis and cultivating these
relationships. The ideal candidate will understand the nature of
internet marketing, how to drive traffic and pay for
performance-based affiliate programs. The Affiliate Manager will
have overall marketing and canvassing responsibilities for new
partner acquisition, through search, affiliate, data feeds and
email, and development of new features and business tactics that
will attract new customers. Along with the responsibilities of day
to day activities they are assigned in relation to overall company
benefit.Day to day Responsibilities Include:-Daily Affiliate
Management - Communicating and reaching out to the current
affiliate network members to bring on new sources, setting up
tracking postbacks, and all other matters.-Daily Affiliate
Reach-outs - Reaching out and finding new affiliate partners to
work with. This -includes first contact, intro calls and completing
paper work.-Tracking Set up and Management - Setting up new offers
onto the tracking platform and maintaining current offers on the
platform. This also include setting up link rotators and exit
monetization routes.-Site Performance Management - Keeping track of
lead sources and sending them down the correct pipelines; following
fraud prevention protocols. Checking site stats every day and
dealing with performance issues.-Business Development - Finding new
ways to work with existing affiliates, or new partners whether it
be data management agreements or host and posts.Weekly Site
Progress Reports - Running a weekly report keeping track
ofAdditional Responsibilities may Include:* Develop, maintain, and
cultivate affiliate and Publisher marketing relationships* Identify
key affiliate partners and media channels* Expand relationships by
reviewing account activity and identifying opportunities for
partners to improve economics and value of the relationship* Cold
call new business prospects* Identifying and recruiting new
affiliates* Maintaining stimulating relationships with the current
affiliates* Developing and monitoring affiliate promotions*
Reporting and monetizing for affiliate marketing promotions and
activity* Maintaining on-going communication campaigns* Keeping
affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements*
Continually motivate affiliates to perform better* Monitoring and
reporting on competitors' affiliate campaigns and promotions*
Weekly reporting duties* Serve clients by prospecting, negotiating
and closing new client accounts and upsells for existing clients *
Work with company Management, Compliance and Operations to ensure
proper contracting and implementation.* Learn to use company
software systems to review and adjust client settings as needed.*
Contribute to company social media presence on Instagram and
LinkedIn.* Build and maintain strategic relationships.* Always
represent company with a positive light and professional manner.*
Keep Management updated on progress through timely communication
and accurate documentation of work.* Follows through on requests
made by company and clientsRequired Skills/Experience:* 2+ years of
Internet Marketing or Business Development experience* Bachelor's
degree preferred* Media/Advertising/Technology/Online industry
experience* Knowledgeable about the internet, the offline and
online advertising market, online products, customers and market
dynamics* Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation,
customer service, and analytical skills* Experience with dynamic
environments and new interactive trends* Problem-solving skills and
the ability to learn quickly* Ability to quickly recognize and
focus on the most potentially profitable affiliates* Strong Project
Management skills(excel a must)* Prior Sales related experience*
Self-starter who can work independently as well as within a team
environment* Experience using Microsoft Office products* Basic HTML
and Coding knowledge helpfulDay to day Responsibilities

and Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing,
Communications, Public Relations or equivalent experience helpful
not required.Experience in consumer finance and personal lending is
preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal communication
skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients. Has a
positive attitude, competent general computer skills, MS Windows,
mobile communications, Office365, typing 45 wpm, internet, email,
messaging platforms (ex. Slack, Skype).CompensationGenerous base
salary plus commission.Paid Holidays each year.Paid vacation and
PTO.Company-paid outings.Paid travel expenses and
accommodations.Work EnvironmentMonday - Friday 9 AM to 6 PM at
company office or mobile depending on the person and
experienceAvailable on-call after hours and weekends for critical
matters or VIP clients.Travel to conferences and trade shows in
exciting locations such as New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles,
Chicago, Dallas, or Jamaica approximately 4-5 times per year.
