Description: Provide leadership and guidance to all Early Learning
Center Managers on issues and services relating to the Early
Learning Centers. Develop consistent administration policies,
operation and internal marketing of all Baptist Health Early
Learning Facilities. Serve as operational leader for the
development of additional child care services. Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Florida Director's Credential. Proven ability to successfully lead
others; minimum 10 years management and curriculum development
experience in an early learning environment. Exceptional
communication skills - verbal and written. Detailed knowledge of
State licensure requirements and NAEYC accreditation guidelines.
Previous experience with accrediting centers with the new NAEYC
standards. Mulit-site experience required. Get tailored job
