Job Description - Development Consultant - Talent Management (Full Time, Days) (19602) Job Description Development Consultant - Talent Management (Full Time, Days) - 19602 Description Job Summary Acts as primary change and project manager for the organization's culture. Responsible for conceptualizing, developing, communicating, and implementing programs and processes that align our current and future workforce with business results. Works collaboratively with all departments and functions to optimize efficiencies and implement human capital strategies. Job Specific Duties --Develops, implements, and maintains a company-wide competency framework to drive organization strategy and values. --Researches, develops, and implements best practices. Assesses organization's performance to industry norm and aligns practices with business needs, initiatives, and strategic direction. --Provides business leaders a process to enhance organizational design and effectiveness, culture, and talent capabilities. --Serves as an advisor to business leaders to provide guidance and to improve individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. --Interfaces with TM&E partners to identify organizational development needs (organization design, team and leader effectiveness, talent strategies and tactics, change management plans, etc.). --Develops/implements project plans and leads project management phases for organizational development engagements to attain desired outcomes and accomplish objectives within specified timeframe and budget. --Identifies risks and barriers to success of projects, plans, and programs. --Conducts organizational diagnostics and gap analysis. Identifies strengths, opportunities, gaps, risks, challenges, and potential solutions to deliver organizational effectiveness initiatives and services. --Researches trends and remains current with organizational developments, techniques, and technologies to support current and changing needs of the organization. Develops and executes change management plans for projects, initiatives, organizational structure, and culture changes. #CA-JB #INDHP Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, or related field
Coaching Certification or Master's Degree in Psychology within 2 years of employmen --3-5 years Experience with leading edge methods and approaches creating sustainable competitive advantage through Human Capital (Coaching, Consulting, Facilitation, Succession Planning, Strategy Development and Deployment, Employee Satisfaction and Engagement, Problem Solving, Change Management, Conflict resolution, etc.) --1-3 years Project management experience - developing and implementing strategic initiatives and leading large scale change --2-4 years Experience in conducting team building, workshops, coaching, etc. --2-4 years Working with leadership effectively coaching and consulting --2-4 years On stage performance, presentations, and facilitation --Intermediate level of MS package Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities --Ability to guide an organization in implementing changes that are sustained and integrated into the business. --Ability to identify implications of change. --Ability to manage all phases of projects. --Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to get things done on time and with quality. --Applies a consistent and effective approach to planning and executing consulting projects.-- Ability to facilitate different types of group discussions and meetings (focus groups, brainstorming, mind mapping, etc.). --Ability to develop and apply creative thoughtful solutions to business challenges. --Ability to build and maintain credibility. --Ability to influence decision-making without direct line authority. --Ability to collaborate across functions to ensure consistency of people-related processes. --Ability to convey clear, concise information in verbal, written, electronic, and other communication formats and to demonstrate active listening while engaging others. --Ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of stakeholders in a timely manner. --Understands business operations and the functions within the organization; possesses knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures; understands the industry and business/competitive environment. --Ability to maintain and handle matters of confidentiality with utmost tact and diplomacy. --Ability to develop and maintain positive business relationships and foster an environment of mutual respect, understanding, and support. --Ability to adapt and adjust planned work through analyzing work demands, competing priorities, and tight deadlines. --Understands the most effective and efficient means to accomplish tasks within the parameters of the organizational structure, processes, systems, and policies.
Demonstrates comfort consistently challenging the status quo while exhibiting high emotional intelligence and identifying the organization's capacity for change. --Able to maintain highly strategic and practical approach to change management and communication.
