We are growing and seeking experienced HEOR leaders with expertise the following areas: systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons (including network meta-analyses and population-adjusted indirect comparisons), and the HTA process.

We hire throughout the year at varying levels of experience and offer opportunities to work 100% remotely OR out of our NYC, Boston, LA, Vancouver and London offices.

Sr. Directors have direct management and oversight of a book of business, client accounts, and a team to deliver high quality research. They are a critically contributing partner to the overall success and growth of our business, actively engaging in industry thought leadership activities to increase the reputation of Precision services by speaking at national and international conferences and serving as an advisor to clients and trade associations.

What The Day To Day Looks Like
Leading and mentoring teams through the conduct of evidence synthesis projects to support the HTA process
Contributing to short-term resourcing discussions as well as long-term strategic planning in conjunction with other senior leaders
Proactively managing client expectations and implementing strategies to problem solve on a client or project-basis
Developing and prioritizing recommendations based on expected impact, communicating risks and opportunities to ensure staff alignment, and assuming the role of final decision maker able to overturn decisions and take accountability for outcomes
Leading and strategizing around the dissemination of research through peer-reviewed manuscripts, conferences and other presentations
Supporting business development by contributing to research proposals and presentation content, participating in customer meetings and targeting opportunities with new clients or existing clients for repeat business

Minimum Required

Qualifications:
10+ years
Master's degree in a subject related to health services research e.g., health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health

Other Required
Demonstrated expert level application of evidence synthesis methods e.g., SLR, ITC (NMA, MAIC, STC, etc.) for the purposes of HTA submissions
Leadership experience within a consulting organization, with responsibility for managing a team of scientists and researchers to industry excellence
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and medical affairs
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred
PhD in a subject related to health services research or statistics
Strong understanding of economic modelling, in particular experience integrating results from indirect comparisons in a cost-effectiveness framework
Position held within an academic institution and/or public body with a focus on HEOR
