Job Description:

The Vice President of Digital oversees the strategic planning, execution and optimization of our digital marketing, inclusive of web, mobile and email. This individual will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce and scale our marketing strategy, as well as develop consumer loyalty and provide data-driven insights on campaigns and initiatives. This includes developing and maintaining the user experience roadmap for all Loyalty Program, Seminole Gaming, and Hard Rock key audiences, evaluation and recommendation of key technologies, and development of key audience metrics.
This position will lead all efforts to inspire, expand, retain and maximize our digital customer with effective marketing strategies in all digital channels that support the wider companys objectives and areas of focus.
Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead and drive all digital marketing strategies and their execution with a focus on driving traffic, revenue, loyalty and lifetime customer value for our global digital platforms.
  • Develop, maintain and promote the long-term digital roadmap strategy and drive innovation to define the key customer and employee facing experiences, targeted device platforms, and supporting technologies.
  • Seek opportunities to improve existing campaigns through the application of technology.
  • Lead implementation of digital tools, processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with creative team to conceive immersive ideas and interactive experiences.
  • Build network of vendors, influencers, trend leaders and contacts in the digital space.
  • Track new emerging industry trends and maintain an in-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and mobile technologies.
  • Hire, develop, manage and inspire the digital team. Acts as a role model and coach while developing employees at all levels using consistent approachable demeanor and clearly articulating objectives.
  • Identify and manage vendor partners to achieve goals in cost effective and timely manner.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of and document the current digital applications functionality and key events to identify common needs across users and gaps within current experiences.
  • Manage key digital program initiatives and provide consultative support to initiatives across the organization that have impact on the customer and employee digital experience.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the casino/resort/hospitality industry and key competitors to ensure competitive positioning and the ability to capture opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with CRM team on knowledge of customer and loyalty framework.
  • Oversee email communications program, including coordination, production, and deployment of high quality, on-time campaigns.
  • Define personalization and recommendations into email communications and other customer touchpoints.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in business or comparable discipline.
    • Minimum 7 years managing large scale usability projects and prior experience developing user content architecture.
    • Desire and ability to work in a matrixed organization.
    • Demonstrated people leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate seamlessly with a global, multicultural team and influence all levels of the organization.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proven ability to deliver flawless Digital products and great customer experiences.
    • Excellent judgment and independent decision-making ability.
    • Ability to review and understand legal documents.
    • Solid proficiency in email, web and customer analytics.
    • Demonstrate appropriate agility to adapt under evolving circumstances and set stretch goals.
