Job Description:

Troy Consulting, a Management Consulting Firm, is seeking a Global Supplier Diversity Program Manager for our client, in a remote role with a work location tied to either the Greater Seattle, Atlanta, or Miami areas.

What will you be doing?
You will support the Regional/Functional Team with the definition, implementation, and execution of the Region/Function Supplier Diversity Plan to achieve the program goals in alignment with the global program. The Regional/Function program manager will be responsible for maintaining the project plan, program tracker, and ROB. This is part of a global program, and the requirement is to coordinate across the region, functions, and partners (Global Program team, Legal, Procurement, and Finance).
You will have the additional responsibilities below:
Engage with the Global Program Team to understand the Global Supplier Diversity Strategy/Framework and how to implement global program format/templates, 'best in class' practices, reporting timelines, etc., in the regional structure
Maintain strong trusted relationships with key business partners to achieve operational excellence
Provide key Program Management functions across the Supplier Diversity and Community Engagement Programs to include, but not limited to:
Managing the strategic planning process to ensure strategies and action plans are in place, executed, and tracked per the ROB
Developing and managing integrated project plans, communications plans, change management processes and plans, and operations plans
Scheduling and managing regular program updates, agenda and content development, and management in alignment to program ROB
Developing and managing integrated/coordinated schedules (using Microsoft Project), and tracking and supporting identification and resolution of risks, issues, actions, and decisions
Proactively identify systemic issues, find solutions, and drive clarity in the implementation and execution process including the documentation and communication of lessons learned
Identifying and recommending best practices and efforts to drive process and operational delivery improvements
Ensuring all stakeholders remain informed of program status and activities to drive awareness and alignment
Develop and present executive presentations for report outs
Ensure all content is stored and managed in corporate systems for ease of access
Ensure consistent tracking and reporting for spend, suppliers, and community engagement data
Understand data sources and data flow to assess spend and suppliers' data
Own Monthly BI Reporting - Support and utilize existing Power BI Dashboard and reports
Identify, define, and track success measures for the Supplier Diversity (inclusive of Community Engagement)

Program Specifics
Develop, implement, and execute the Supplier Diversity program for the Americas and Security groups across all the platforms (transaction management, construction, facility management and community)
Define strategies and actions in partnership with key stakeholders to achieve program targets
Discovery and onboarding support of diverse suppliers
Provide and support mentorship efforts for diverse suppliers
Utilize the existing database to understand diverse suppliers in key markets
Develop and distribute communications for supplier and community efforts
Collaborate with key business partners and local agencies to support community engagement activities
Work with diverse suppliers on community engagement activities

What you should bring to the table:
5 - 8 years of Program Management experience, of which at least 3 years' experience was working with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's Degree or related experience is required
Experience within Supply Chain Management
Experienced (demonstrated) hands-on Program and Project Manager capabilities with the ability to oversee program level activities
Experience defining and driving Strategic Planning activities
Experience developing and driving Change Management and Governance Plans
Cross-team collaboration experience working with Global Program Leads and Workstream Leads to maintain the status of initiative efforts
Any experience in Real Estate/Facilities efforts is a huge plus
Any experience with supplier diversity activities is a plus
Must be experienced with MS Project to manage overall project plan
Must be flexible to support global team calls
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation
Remote work is expected, but some regional travel may be required
